The work culture is great. The way they support employees and the benefits they offer are simply amazing. I have spent 3.5 years here and there is not a single day when I hated working. managers are supportive, you are allowed to put across your ideas and work on them. Learning opportunities are plenty. It gives you full coursera, udemy, and other portal access and also we can enroll for cloud training and they will provide vouchers for free which is appreciated.

Work life balance, time for upskilling, learning and managing personal life is ample. As a fresher, I found the pay to be fair. I had family issue before joining date, the company waited for my joining for 2 months, and allowed me to join. Techwave provides stability and support when you need it most.

I have 4 years of experience in a non-IT background. I took various courses to switch to IT but was hesitant to apply for tech roles. As a fresher, I was nervous about the TCR exam because I had been rejected in Capgemini’s gamification round and aptitude test of Wipro. I also appeared for Cognizant but faced technical issues during the coding round which was even more stressful. But when I applied to Techwave Solutions, the exam guide and preparation modules helped me a lot. I successfully cleared the rounds, received my offer letter, and officially joined the company in July.
