After COVID 19, we’ve transitioned to a completely remote work model. From the interview stage to the TCR Exam, the entire recruitment process is conducted online.

You will get all the important information and access links sent to your registered email.

No.

There are no additional interviews after you complete the exam. Your performance in the TCR Exam will determine your eligibility for the job role.

Our recruitment team will be in touch within 48 working hours to guide you through the next steps, including your offer letter and onboarding details. We’re excited to have you on the team!

Yes.

We provide laptops to employees after the offer letter formalities are completed. This ensures that you have the necessary resources to begin your role effectively.

Our company does not enforce a formal bond agreement; however, we recommend that employees remain with us for a minimum of six months to fully access all job-related benefits.

A notice period of up to 90 days is acceptable during the offer letter process and won’t affect your application. We recognize that transitioning from your current role requires time, and we value your dedication to fulfilling your responsibilities. Please let us know your notice period, and we will collaborate to facilitate a smooth transition.

We appreciate your experience and understand your salary expectations; however, our current compensation packages for experienced candidates are capped at 10 LPA.
